Culver School teachers rank among the top 50 public school staffs in Cook County, according to a national organization that analyzes data on municipalities, schools, and colleges.
“We’re pleased that the good work of our teachers is being recognized,” said Supt. John Kosirog. “They deserve it.”
Culver was ranked 45th among K-12 public school faculties in the county by Niche, a Pittsburgh-based organization that publishes annual rankings that help inform families about their school districts and towns. The teaching-staff rankings are created by looking at data such as test scores, parent and student survey responses, teacher absenteeism rates, average salaries, experience, and student-teacher ratio.
