Registration for This Year, 2022-2023

If your child is entering Culver School while the school year is in progress, please call the District office at 847-966-9280 for more information.

Preschool Application for 2023-2024

The Preschool Application will open on Wednesday, February 1st.  All required paperwork is due by March 24th. Please click here to access the Preschool page on our website.

Kindergarten Registration for 2023-2024

Registration for incoming kindergarten students begins on Wednesday, February 1st. All students who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2023, are kindergarten students.

If your child is currently enrolled in our preschool program, they are automatically enrolled for kindergarten. There is nothing more you need to do at this time.

How do I register my child?

  • Contact the front office at 847-966-9280 and provide the following:
    • Child’s name and date of birth 
    • Parents’ name, email, phone number and address
  • All incoming kindergarteners will participate in a kindergarten screening in late April. 
  • Parents will submit required registration paperwork, including:
    • Original birth certificate
    • Required state paperwork
    • Required district paperwork
    • Required proof of residency documentation 

New Student Registration for Next School Year, 2023-2024, Begins Monday, July 3rd, 2023

How do I register my child?

  • Contact the main office at 847-966-9280 and provide the following:
    • Child’s name and date of birth 
    • Parents’ name, email, phone number and address
  • Schedule a date to submit required registration paperwork, including:
    • Original birth certificate
    • Required state paperwork
    • Required district paperwork
    • Required proof of residency documentation
    • The district allows a dependent of United States military personnel who is housed in temporary housing located outside of the district to enroll if the dependent will be living within the district within 6 months after the time of initial enrollment and the military personnel seeking to enroll the dependent under this exception provides proof that the dependent will be living within the boundaries of the district within 6 months.
